"Hello Developer, We've reviewed your application Pull My Finger. We have determined that this application is of limited utility to the broad iPhone and iPod touch user community, and will not be published to the App Store. It may be very appropriate to share with friends and family, and we recommend you review the Ad Hoc method on the Distribution tab of the iPhone Developer Portal for details on distributing this application among a small group of people of your choosing. Regards, Victor Wang

I think Apple shouldn't Reject software due to "limited utility". Let people decide for themselves whether they think it's useful or not. As long as you give a good description where the software is all about. They should encourage developers to make applications and let them make some profit out of it. But to speak in Apple's defense, I can understand the logic behind their rejection. If I were Apple I would offer my clients only high quality software. If you look at Nintendo Wii for example, how many terribly bad games came out for the Wii?! Really you wouldn't want that for the IPhone! So the bottom line is, Apple shouldn't reject software due to "limited utility", instead they should use such software in their advantage and should sell it in another category. Let the consumers decide whether it's useful or not!
