I've only had a little time to check out its Desktop functionality, but this screencast will hopefully recap my biggest concerns:
In the meantime, I tried to upload this nervous screencast to Google Videos (which only seemed appropriate), and they shut my one-man operation down! |

and the spin cycle at that. yes folks it did. i am absolutely amazed to say the least. okay, we were here before. the ipod came out after the spin cycle after everything had completed. the original film was still on the face of the nano, thankfully, and probably saved the whole deal. |

yes folks it happened. shortly after taking out a load of laundry from the machine today we realized our greatest fears........ the ipod nano is in the washing machine. 'fuck' isn't quite the most appropriate word, but it's the first that comes to mind. nevertheless, it happened and action had to be taken. here's how it all played out. |

It seems that 1.1.4 has a mind of its own when it comes to Jailbreaking. Some people get it the first time, while others try time and time again and still don't receive positive results. I recently came across this new method of jailbreaking which supposedly runs a modified version of ZiPhone. So for those who couldn't get the method posted here to work, why not give this one a try? <!--more--> Here is exactly what you need to do for this method: (There is a video after these steps as well) 1. Restore your iPod Touch to 1.1.4. 2. Once you have restored, be sure to keep iTunes open. |

There's some more anecdotal evidence this week to suggest that Apple Inc.'s iPhone will eventually abandon its Samsung-based roots and make the jump to Intel's freshly-coined Atom architecture. |
