German Apple Cake

Recipe
I don't feel like typing the whole thing, but the gist of it is that you make a cake-like crust and press it into a sprinform pan, reserving some crumbs for the streusel. Mix about 6 cups sliced apples with some cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar; and arrange in the pan. Bake for a little bit, then add the streusel and continue baking.

Modifications
I didn't add a vanilla/egg/rum topping that was optional.

Here’s one of my own recipes—a tasty chicken salad recipe for all of you who want something a bit different than the ordinary chicken, chopped celery, and mayo varieties. I usually serve this on leaf lettuce or fresh spinach accompanied by crusty bread. I’ve even had it as a sandwich; however, because of the chunks of pineapple and large pieces of chicken, it is a bit unwieldy and tends to spill out if the sandwich. I hope you like it!
