I'm sorely tempted now that we have Exchange support, but its only available on O2, and its expensive. But I really want to wait for the upcoming 3G version before I really decide whether I can commit. I also want to be able to use it on T-Mobile so I can use their great data plan. I want the better camera and I want it to run a bit faster. So, definitely maybe, some time soon, maybe June. |

Steve Jobs sent a clear message to the technology world Thursday: Apple wants it to view the iPhone as an opportunity, not a threat. To drive that point home, Jobs gave up the stage for most of Apple's (AAPL) highly anticipated software event at its Cupertino headquarters. Rather than dominate the stage with his presentation skills and personality, he let deputies and partners explain how entrepreneurs can start writing their own software for the iPhone, and how businesses can use the device to seamlessly access corporate e-mail. |

Apple announced tons of new features for iPhone users today including Exchange support for Mail, Contacts, Calendar, etc and the App Store for 3rd party apps, but guess what. Don't hold your breath for the update, it's not out until June! The update will be big though, and after reading the press release, there are features that have been requested that weren't demoed, like mass mail deleting, tons of IT department support, and more. But, if you use the SDK that Apple released TODAY, you will be able to test the features using the iPhone Simulator software on a Mac. |

Is this cool or what? London Drugs has a new Macbook Pro that looks just like a, wait for it, a water bottle. Way cool! Just think of all the things that I could do with a Macbook Pro water bottle. Like putting it in the water bottle cage on the bike so that I could drink water, write blogs and cycle at the same time. Awesome! I am sure that would be totally safe. |
