If any of you have itunes, you will either know about this issue, or become perturbed while reading this. In the most recent itunes update, Safari was downloaded without prompted acceptance. Safari is Apple's web browser and was recently added to the itunes download package.  The problem that most people have is that you aren't prompted to accept the downloading of this browser. This is a normal practice among programs providers, but is usually limited to updates of already present programs on your system.  This is Apple's way of basically forcing you to download their web browser.

I'm a big fan of almost everything Pixar does (Cars wasn't their best effort, though it was enjoyable), so it is a happy day when a story that links Pixar to my favorite computer company comes along.

Every weekday I take a commute bus from my home in Stockton (CA) that drops me off in downtown Sacramento - from there I take a city bus to my actual work site.

A lot of young folks who are clearly high-school or college students ride the same bus I do (not surprising). I've repeatedly felt a quiet angst seeing that more often than not, they're "plugged in". Ipods and similar knock-offs adorn their ears. Sometimes even *I* can hear their music (I'm too deaf to know what it is, but I can hear it).

I promised this recipe last week, and I keep delaying posting it, because I have a horrible confession. I made these muffins the same day as the blueberry ones, and I still haven't eaten a single one. I let them cool on the racks, slipped them into freezer bags and froze them. But every time I open my freezer, I hesitate for a mere second, before I reach for a blueberry muffin. I imagine that the morning glory muffins feel hurt, confused, and rejected.

Macrumors.com and various other number of sites report that HBO and Apple are close to signing a deal to bring media to iTunes. This will mark the first time HBO has jumped into a different media than television. With a price of 1.99 USD that will be an average price.

My Opinion:

I think that this is an excellent move by both HBO and Apple to bring different media to iTunes. One question comes to mind though, are they going to allow nudity? As of this moment I don't think there is any nudity on the iTunes store. I think that nudity is ok and it should be fine to add to the store, but others would disagree highly. What will the decision be?
