Hace unos dias se libero la version Firefox 3.0, tanto como para la version PeCera como la Mac.
Yo la verdad prefiero quedarme con el Safari. Unicamente uso el Firefox cuando requiero de movimientos en los bancos de Santander y Banamex (que ya por fin acepta el Firefox), pero si eres de los que prefieres el Firefox a morir, pues lanzate y descargalo. I downloaded OpenSuse 11 Linux yesterday... ended up letting it download overnight and then installed it this morning. All in all... impression of this release has been very good so far although I haven't really had a chance to get my teeth into it. Had a few other things to do today and then was out watching The Police in concert tonight at Stormont in Belfast (which was excellent by the way!)

Running Microsoft's Windows on Mac isn't by far a secret anymore. How dissapointed I was at first I have to admit now it was a strategical and good move of Apple.

For people like me in the sales branche it meant a good pitch immediately from the start. The number pf possibilities and solutions for customers grew and that all resulted in even more invented solutions from Apple.

What I still do notice is that a fair amount of customers does not know how it works. I decided to invest a bit of time to explain what the most common options are.

If you're following along with my blog, you know that I recently came to the conclusion that even Windows developers would be smart to pickup a Mac as their next developer machine. In that article, I made the argument that even if buying a Mac has a $500 premium, it would still be a non-issue and choosing a Mac would be the wiser choice. Taking my own advice, I just upgraded Axosoft Developer machines to Mac Pros, without doing any comparison shopping.
