For all of you .Mac subscribers, you may have noticed that your pretty @mac.com suffix has changed to the fantabulous @me.com. Now if we can get the cloud working soon... :)

It's the weekend. I went to the track today. Huh? Me, working out on a weekend?? Yes, it's true! Perhaps my lazy habits are starting to fade away. Or, perhaps I just wanted to test out my new Garmin and see how it went! I arrived at the track a bit later than I wanted, as it was already warm with the sun glaring down. Stretched a bit, popped in my Sennheiser's, strapped on the Garmin and HR strap, and was off. I slightly modified my last two outings, as I shortened my initial two walk-laps to half-laps, and also added another full lap of jogging at the end. So, 1.25 miles of jogging. No ace bandage today and the leg felt fairly good. I stretched a bit more than I have been, so that may have helped as well. |

I've just bought myself an iPod Touch, and I'm using it to write this blog post. The awesomeness of this amazing little device is something I'll save for another post, but all you need to know is that Mobile Safari (at least, on version 1.1.4 of the iPod Touch firmware) doesn't save passwords. Because of this (and my terrible memory), I had to request my MySpace password. |

I was accepted to WIU (Western Illinois University) today. I will be moving down to Macomb IL sometime in August. I'm pretty excited. I will be transferring in the 47 credit hours I already have. I haven't decided what my major is yet but I'm leaning towards business. In other awesome news, the online apple store is having a back to school sale! |

I was surfing Digg today and came across a link to this artists website named David Lanham who is mainly famous for his icons works but also does sketches and other pieces of artwork, I had a browse at his stuff and was amazed. His style is very unique and his designs are often random with odd looking creatures yet they are still beautiful works, a lot of them are also available as wallpapers for your desktop and also for purchase as physical art for your home, I really encourage you to check this guy out here. |

I realize that is neither profound nor timely, considering iTunes is hardly cutting edge technology. But as I was driving today and listening to the local classical music station (WRR--the first radio station in the Great State of Texas), and as I heard the perfect mood music for a scene/chapter I'm writing, I gave a happy sigh because I knew all I had to do is go download it, and then I'd be set. |

EVE was apparently designed by the same guy that came up with the White iMac design. At least that's the word on the street. But I can't help but wonder if WALL•E himself doesn't have a little Apple love inside him. |
