MobileMe gets a video tour, and John the Apple guy is your guide

I've been meaning to try this recipe, and I needed something easy and quick for today, so I decided to go for it. The verdict: it's ok. Nothing great, not terrible, OK. Toby said it would be better without the apples. I don't know if that would make a big difference to me. It was good, but I doubt I will try it again. I served this with rolls, and then Toby made himself a small salad.

En la Keynote que dio ayer Steve Jobs en la WWDC 2008, se hizo oficial un rumor que llevaba ya un tiempo circulando por la red: la nueva versión 10.6 del sistema operativo Mac OS X, que tendrá el nombre en clave Snow Leopard.

WWDC premiered today, and Apple announced the new 3G iPhone. This is one of those moments where I'm really happy not to be an early adopter. Even though service to it's going to be 10 bucks more expensive at least, the phone only costs 1-200 bucks: a staggering improvement from the price that made it seem more like you're buying a PS3 than a cell phone.

Frankly though, considering vanity purchases of this level are beyond my income level, I'm more concerned with MobileMe.

Hace unos meses adquirí uno de los nuevo ipods de Apple llamado iPod Touch y déjenme decirles que es uno de los mejores gadgets que eh visto, en resumen es un cacharro genial: Wi-Fi, navegador web, sensor de movimiento, pantalla y teclado táctil, fotos, video, mail, mapas, You Tube, iTunes Store y ¡si hasta sirve para escuchar música!<!--more-->

¡¡Pero esto es una mierda!!, que es. ¿Algo que cuesta mas caro que un iPhone con menores funcionalidades?, pero que es.

Ahora no se sabe en que segmento del mercado está. No sirve, comparado con el iPhone. La verdad, no se que espera hacer Apple con el iTouch, el Classic... pero creo que es algo grande. Todo pasar a ser telefono no puede ser, rebajar el precio se puede entreveer.

Pero tiene potencia de sobra para prevalecer. ¿Que haría yo? Tengo una idea excelente, convertirlo en una consola.

Steve Jobs confirma durante la WWDC ‘08 de hoy que la siguiente mayor actualización de su sistema operativo será Snow Leopard.

Es un Leopard 10.6 optimizado para trabajar con procesadores de núcleo múltiple.

Donde quiere entrar en el mundo de los procesadores gráficos o GPUs, introducción de Quicktime X para mejorar la reproducción de formatos modernos de vídeo.

iPhone 3G will operate on Rogers' High Speed Packet Access (HSPA) wireless network, the fastest mobile network in Canada. HSPA is nationally available in the top Canadian urban centers from Vancouver to Halifax, covering more than 60 percent of the population. iPhone 3G will also operate on Roger's coast-to-coast GSM/EDGE network, proven to be the country's most reliable wireless network. Starting July 11, iPhone 3G will sell for $199 for the 8Gb model and $299 for the 16Gb model, on a three-year plan.
