I was poking around the Reliability and Performance monitor in Windows and I saw that Safari had crashed four times in one day. I went on to see that it had crashed a lot. So I counted how many times it crashed since February 2 to now and I did the same with Firefox (2 and 3) I found that Safari crashed 35 times while Firefox crashed 3. This did not come as much of a surprise because although Safari may be fast its one of the worst Windows Applications ever made. |

My husband just called me from work and asked why I hadn't posted since this morning. SO CUTE! Work must be really slow for him. I can just picture him sitting at the computer, alternating between ESPN.com and this blog, probably hoping for some pics of the cats. :) I had a great workout this morning. I could only spend an hour at the gym (boo) so I tried to make it really intense. I did 45 minutes on the elliptical while watching Project Runway and then did a heavy leg lifting circuit in the free weight room. My legs felt like jell-o when I left. Good! My post workout snack: |

Eoin PurcellThe I missed a lot in the last few days edition Publishing News is closing shop on its print and online news operations. These seems sad and a little depressing to me. I like The Bookseller and I have enjoyed the way their website has grown more functional and useful over the last year or so, but a bit of competition never goes astray. Speaking of The Bookseller, Penguin CEO John Makinson has a nice little piece online there about the forbiding nature of the Publishing industry to outsiders. |

In OS X Leopard, we have something called a "stack". Basically, this is just a quick, accessible way to specific folders in the dock. Within this there are a couple view options including a list or grid. In the grid view, you are greeted with a plethora of chaotic info thrown at you (assuming you have a large amount of files in that folder) and its hard to find the exact thing you want. |

Apple has released firmware version 1.1.5 for the iPod Touch. Are there any differences between this and 1.1.4? No, not really. Well, at least not visually or feature-wise. It's only a security update meant to improve stability and speed. It's available on iTunes. And by the way, this isn't the alternative to the 2.0 software update for $9.95!
