After the last couple of articles about the switch to the N95 8GB, i have had a few questions about some basic how-to's and integration from everyday Mac users like you and me. So here is a rundown of what you should know when taking the plunge. |

A light flickers on in the basement of a house in the suburbs. It is close to 5 a.m. The owner of the house rests quietly upstairs. He has a big presentation tomorrow at work that ultimately could determine whether or not he gets “the big promotion”. He is currently in R.E.M. |

Microsoft has recently announced that it has sold over 180 million copies of Windows Vista. Let's be honest: for a OS that is supposedly full of fail, that is pretty good. In fact Vista's market share has risen by 355% in the past year. Now compare that with Apple's 32% increase. I think it's time people stopped bashing Vista as a failure and accept that it's just as good as any OS out there. |

So, I paid the $9.99 for the new iPod Touch software update. For some reason they won't let you use iTunes Store credit to purchase this update but I digress. Anyway, it fixed the problem I had with my iPod Touch where it played the same song continuously. I am happy, even though I had to pay to get it fixed. I will have to explore what else this new software does for the iPod Touch. |

A friend of mine sent me this comic, thinking it would be funny that they would accuse me of being THIS obssessed with my Mac. Boy did they get a little TMI! So I've been wanting to post about this all week but have been horribly busy. I finally got a new phone. I was waiting for the iPhone 3G to come out to look at it and think about getting it. I was pretty bummed to have to go to ATT though as they have horrible coverage in Flagstaff and when I left ATT several years ago it was over HORRIBLE customer service. That added to the fact that I love Verizon and have had no problems with them in the 6 years I have been with them and they have great coverage even when i'm out hiking and such. So an amazing thing happened... |

Those of you hoping to get a Mac on the cheap may have reduced options in the future, with mainstream Hackintosh distributor Psystar facing Apple's legal might in the courtroom. |

I'm drinking a double expresso and listening to my iPod two of my favorite things to do. One of my least favorite things to do is scroll to the bottom page of google and click 2,3,4,5, in hope's of finding the review I want. CNET, Amazon and Best Buy are the main places to go for reviews but they review everything. I'm going to tell you what to buy and why. There are people who buy the most expensive item just because they can and people who always buy the cheapest of products because they can't afford anything else. This website will take away the work for you. So sit back and enjoy! |
