I've totally gone over to the mobile office approach, being enamored with the idea of being able to run my consulting from just about anywhere with a blackberry and a laptop.

MobileMe has been a total mess since it was launched and Apple has been taking its hits over this disaster. But apparently there's news both of the good and bad variety.

The good news: Service is slowly being restored for the "1%" of users (which works out to about 20,000 users) who were affected with e-mail problems.

So far some of my favorite iPhone applications include Pandora and Apple Remote, however it appears that these applications are draining my battery a lot faster then before I downloaded them.  Is anyone else experiencing a battery running on red a lot faster these days?  I've also noticed that my iPhone email sometimes gets stuck in a "checking for mail" loop and I need to reboot it to alleviate the problem.  Having the same problem?  What about Safari (on the computer you sync your iPhone with) closing unexpectedly?

So last month I bought an ipod touch for my wife on her birthday. The thing that prompted me to do this was the coolness factor of course, but also because of the Vista 64/Hotsync problem on her Tungsten E2.

Once the Tungsten was relegated to orphandom my Microsoft and Palm, we needed something for her to do all the things that she used to do on the Tungsten: Calendar entries/appointments, addresses, notes to herself et cetera. Of course the Palm had a crude sync-ing email and I could have given her my old wifi sd card that I used with my tungsten T3, but it was so slow you might as well wait to sync. She could edit Excel and Word files using doc-to-go.

Bonjour, je suis Maxime Bélanger, un accro du mac et de ses gadgets. Dans ce blog vous allez entendre parler le plus souvent de Mac, d'iPod et de l'iPhone bien sûr...Des fois je vais peut-être parler de Xbox. Mais je ne suis pas un fan de Microsoft. Je vais donc pouvoir faire des modifications depuis mon iPod Touch puisque WordPress est disponible pour iPhone/iPod Touch...Alors que les pommés comme moi se lèvent et tous ensemble crions: "Apple, Think different !"
