For all of you Apple fanatics (Yes, you who feel the company NEVER does anything wrong), it seems as if the latest crop of i-phones just don't measure up. That according to Slate, who ran this piece about some of the problems with the new i-phone, among other company issues.

Well, let's go about this chronologically.

I remember growing up with a behemoth of an IBM on my fathers desk, the kind with a greenish screen and orange lettering; really primitive, but you could play "Frogger," which I can proudly say, I was pretty awesome at.

After that, my next memory is of computer class in elementary school, and having to do the typing games and playing Oregon Trail (Was there anyone who didn't love that game?!). Around the same time, my sister and I had an older Nintendo set, and were constantly trying to beat each other at "Donkey Kong," so I certainly have many fond memories of that era, especially with the internet just starting up; AOL was the king and chat rooms were all the rage.

Modus Digital is on the way fam. A digital video magazine holding things down for London, featuring the best of the best and the underdogs alike; do you understand what your about to get? Your about to get to know what your favourite artists and bad ass chicks are really like, above all things. Just think of it as the road man's GQ Magazine with a sprinkle of Nutz and the underground knowledge of RWD MAG on the net....Sound cool? Oh Yeah, and once you got it downloaded, store it on the iPod, DVD's whatever killa.

While the first issue is in production I (Arcane/Contra Cane/Uncle Cane/ Citizen Cane) will be posting up info on who is going to feature on this debut, FREE issue....yes family FREE to download, because were that nice with it were giving out samples.

The holiday season is just a few months away, so with that, here come the Apple product rumors!

First one: New iPods (oh, how original). ;-)

Since I'll be in the field Thursday to cover several Democratic National Convention events, I decided to charge all the batteries for the various devices I use to gather news.

As you can see, I'm still waiting for one device that I can rely on for high quality still images, video and audio. It'd help if it was somewhat portable, too.

These days, it seems that hating Microsoft is in vogue. With the rise of companies like Apple and Google, the technological giant is facing unprecedented levels of competition in every sector in which it dares to compete. Yet at the same time, it is coming under more governmental assault than ever. Just days ago, the European Commission announced an additional $1.4 billion in fines for "failure to comply with an anti-trust decision," according to competition commissioner Neelie Kroes.

But is this really fair? Can we really expect businesses to implement injurious policies that harm stock returns when no clear benefit exists? And should we be punishing companies for their success in the marketplace? The answer to each of these questions is no.

I was awoken this morning from a phone call from work...haha pretty much the worst alarm clock ever, right?? well luckily i wasn't late or in trouble, they just needed someone to cover a shift. I decided hey, i'm already up and i could use the hours..so off i went to work just 20 minutes later. i knew i wanted to pack a breakfast but i wasn't hungry yet.

9:30am: about a cup of tj lowfat vanilla yogurt (175),  piece of whole wheat bread with pb (200), 1/2 an apple (40) = 415 cals

12:30pm: rice noodles with gai lan (125), chicken thigh (135), rest of apple (40) = 300, 1/4 avocado (75) with less than 1/2 cup of yam (50), = 425 cals.
