After accidentally writing over my hard drive yesterday (read about it in my "Ubuntu" blog), I lost all of my music. Luckly I have all of my music, applications, movies, ect. on my iPod Video and iPhone. If your media is purchased: You can plug in your iPod/iPhone and wait, once it is reconized you can right click where your iPod comes up on the sidebar. Right click the name and click "transfer purchases" and there you go. |

Veja algumas imagens no G1.

I have not written in a while due to being to busy (which, given your comments to some of my other posts, I assume most of you imagine means I am out drowning kittens) but my Douchebag Alert! Bono's Back! post has garnered such a continual influx of hateful comments that I feel compelled to reply to a few favorites. So, without further adieu, here are the words written by a few people who clearly missed to underlying message of aforementioned post (and my responses to them in bold): |

Apple has released recently a new piece of server software that can be run from a Mac Pro to allow organization of tens of thousands of video clips and thousands of video projects: Final Cut Server. Check out the Final Cut Server review by Mike Curtis (of hdforindies) at MacWorld, where he gives it 3 out of 5 mice: |

Apple's Mobile Me just deleted every single item from my Outlook calendar on Windows Vista. Gone. Deleted. Luckily I have them backed up on Google, but what a scare. Apple's secrecy keeps them from properly testing out their apps with tons of users, the way other companies do who aren't so worried about secrecy. Other people are reporting the same thing. Do not buy Mobile Me. Do not install it. Be warned. |

I stumbled across an interesting piece of essay called "In the beginning was the command line" by Neal Stephenson . It deals with the ongoing clash between proprietary and free software and also analyzes the corporate/collective culture of the Microsoft, Macintosh, and free software communities . I havent read it completely yet, but its been really engrossing so far :) . This essay has been published in the form of a book, and has also been made available online for free download . To whet your appetite , you can check out the Wikipedia entry for the book. |

Hi All ~ Thanks for all of your well-wishes and good-luck comments regarding our busy "wedding" weekend... Our time away was a blast and we really enjoyed every minute of it, PLUS we got a LOT of wedding stuff done, so it was really productive too, since the next time we are in Cape May (i think), we will be getting hitched!!!!!!!! |
