Excitement was high in the blogosphere ahead of today's Let's Rock press conference by Apple.

New MacBooks have been on the rumor mill for some time, as the current black and white 13 inchers still haven't had a chassis refresh. The subject of an Apple netbook entry continues to inspire imaginations and the initial PR push on enterprise iPhone adoption has gone all but silent.

After a summer of buggy product launches Apple needed something to restore its image to the faithful. It chose to play it safe, avoiding significant launches in favor of evolutionary product updates.

Em depoimento feito durante o evento Let's Rock realizado hoje em San Francisco, o chefe-executivo da Apple, Steve Jobs, afirmou que o novo iPod Touch é o melhor portátil para jogar games.

A nova linha do tocador de mídia com tela sensível ao toque tem uma tela de 3,5 polegadas, rede sem fio, alto-falante e acelerador. Os preços variam de US$ 230 a US$ 400, dependendo do quanto de espaço tem em cada uma das versões de 8 GB, 16 GB ou 32 GB.

Today, at their Lets Rock event, Apple unveiled their latest lineup of iPods. The news wasn't totally unexpected as images of the 4th Generation iPod Nano had already been leaked on the Internet. And Apple was due to make an announcement today, which came a couple of hours after when Microsoft had unveiled their plans for the new Zune.<!--more-->

iTunes 8 has some really great aesthetic changes to program.  The way you view artists, albums, etc. has a really nice feel to it.  Here is a picture:
